Did anybody catch this on Channel 4 last night around 10pm?
Mind bending creations put on display by this guy. I have to say I was not a fan of his "Little Chef" documentary or menu but this was something quite amazing.
He served up a 3 course meal incorporating Victorian recipes/ingredients with his own twists.
For the main course he served up an edible garden......I mean thw whole garden was edible - the soil, pebbles, grass, insects.
For the desert he created a jelly using vibrators to keep it wobbling - ha.
Ye I did I really enjoyed the show, it was so fasinating seeing the creations. Didnt like the thought of him injecting that paste into the dead insects.
The jelly looked ace and the Pink drink that they had that had many a different flavours
Oh you must watch. This weeks looks even better, them candles, yummy.

Well I watched it and it was really good, bit horrible in places, he does some weird things to the poor animals. How the hell can he get food to look like none food items.
